Step one is where people slip most. A number typed with a leading zero, or with +91 added again in front, is a number FairPlay cannot send a code to. Ten digits. Nothing before them.

Short as the OTP step is, it has a quirk worth knowing: the code is tied to the request that sent it. Tap Get OTP twice in a hurry and, as a rule, only the newer code counts, so if two messages land, use the second one. Its an easy thing to miss when a match is about to start and you are rushing.

Step three deserves a second look, honestly, because it is the only choice on the form that changes how you log in later. With a User ID you get a name to type instead of a phone number, which some people prefer when they share a phone or plan to change numbers. Without one, the mobile number is your login and there is one fewer thing to forget. Neither option costs anything, and neither affects which markets or tables the account can open.

Password? Plain. There is an eye icon on the login card later that shows what you typed, which helps on a small keyboard, but the form itself only wants the password once you have settled on it. Keep it somewhere you trust. If it goes missing anyway, the reset runs through the same registered mobile and a fresh OTP, which we come back to in the errors table further down.

That point trips people up often enough to repeat it plainly: the address is just the way in. A blocked domain does not delete anything, and a new address does not start you from zero. If you signed up on one name last season and it no longer loads, the fix is a working address, not a fresh registration.
